As Founder and Executive Director of CEDE, she leads initiatives in education, digital inclusion, policy advocacy, and sustainable development. With experience across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors, she drives innovative programmes that empower underserved communities.

Cynthia holds a Diploma in Advanced Multimedia and Web Design Technology from CDAC Mohali, India, an MBA in Sustainability from Nexford University, USA, and is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) and the Alliance for Action on Pesticides in Nigeria (AAPN).

An Education Specialist and Technical Consultant with extensive experience implementing World Bank and Global Partnership for Education (GPE) programmes across Nigeria. His expertise spans education reform, teacher capacity development, girls’ education, and project management.

He currently supports digital teaching and learning initiatives that strengthen teacher effectiveness and improve basic education outcomes through technology-driven approaches. He holds a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Business Risk Management from the University of South Wales, UK, and is an alumnus of Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health Executive Education.

A leadership strategist, organizational development expert, and grants consultant with extensive experience in leadership development, nonprofit capacity building, and institutional growth. He equips leaders and organizations with strategies for high performance and sustainable impact.

He brings valuable expertise in governance, resource mobilization, organizational sustainability, and leadership development, supporting CEDE’s mission to drive education, development, and social impact.

An AI Governance and Data Policy Specialist with expertise in AI ethics, governance, data governance, compliance, and risk management. He works across the nonprofit, academic, public, and private sectors to develop responsible AI frameworks, policy strategies, and governance systems that promote ethical, transparent, and inclusive AI.

His experience includes leading cross-sector collaborations, engaging policymakers and institutional leaders, and advancing responsible AI adoption to ensure emerging technologies drive sustainable development and positive social impact.

Oluwajoba Oloba is a corporate structuring, business development, and investment expert with over 10 years of experience driving innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainable business growth. He currently serves as Technical Assistant to the Honourable Minister of Trade and Investment, where he leads partnerships and investment for the National Talent Export Programme.

He has extensive experience supporting startups and SMEs to build strong brands, strengthen operations, and develop sustainable business models. As Co-Founder of The Nest Innovation Hub, Tutor NG, and SilverAce Solicitors LP, and Manager at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Technology Innovation and Support Centre, he has played a key role in advancing entrepreneurship, innovation, and intellectual property development.

Oluwajoba holds a Master’s degree from the University of Dundee and brings expertise in trade and investment, innovation policy, LegalTech, strategic partnerships, and business advisory. He is widely recognized for his ability to bridge the gap between innovation, public policy, and legal compliance, enabling businesses and institutions to navigate complex regulatory environments while driving sustainable growth.

His leadership across government, the private sector, and advisory boards including the Nigeria Economic Summit Group and the Nigerian British Chamber of Commerce, reflects his commitment to human capital development, inclusive growth, and sustainable economic development, making him a valuable asset to CEDE’s mission.

Akpodiete-Omale Agboka is an education and development professional with experience in education reform, teacher capacity building, youth development, and women’s empowerment. She currently serves with the Universal Basic Education Board (UBEB), where she supports administrative coordination, institutional processes, and the effective delivery of education-related initiatives.

Her professional interests are centered on strengthening basic education systems, improving teacher capacity and effectiveness, supporting young people in public schools, and advancing opportunities for women and girls. She brings to CEDE valuable experience in education administration, stakeholder coordination, capacity development, and community-focused initiatives, aligning strongly with the organization’s commitment to transforming lives through education, empowerment, and sustainable development.

Dr. Aker Kenneth Ityo is a distinguished governance and executive leader with over 20 years of experience in strategic leadership, institutional transformation, healthcare management, and organizational governance across the public and private sectors. As a medical professional, he has held senior leadership positions including Medical Director of Garki Hospital Abuja, Clinical Director, Director of Operations, and Head of Department, leading major institutional reforms focused on strengthening governance, improving operational efficiency, enhancing service delivery, and promoting accountability.

He brings expertise in strategic planning, risk management, policy development, regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement, and organizational sustainability. His national leadership roles include Assistant Secretary General of the Nigerian Medical Association, President of the Association of Resident Doctors (JUTH), and Editor of the Nigerian Journal of Medicine.

Temidayo Olorunsogo is a PhD candidate whose work focuses on how nonprofits and resource-constrained organizations adopt, adapt, and make decisions about emerging technologies such as AI. Her research explores workplace wellbeing, data practices, technology adoption, sustainability, accessibility, affordability, autonomy, and empowerment.

Temidayo also brings extensive professional experience in technology project management, knowledge management, training, stakeholder engagement, and social-impact consulting. Through her research, teaching, and professional practice, she is committed to advancing responsible, inclusive, and sustainable technology solutions that empower people, communities, and organizations.

Ayankunle Aláo is a seasoned oil and gas professional with over a decade of experience in strategic leadership, operations, government relations, human resources, project management, and supply chain management. He has extensive experience engaging with key Nigerian sector institutions and brings strong expertise in regulatory and labour matters, risk management, business development, stakeholder engagement, and organizational strategy.

He holds professional training in Project Management, Human Resource Management, and Upstream Petroleum Economics, Risk and Fiscal Analysis. Ayankunle brings to CEDE valuable private-sector expertise in strategic management, regulatory affairs, operational excellence, partnership development, and stakeholder relations, supporting the organization’s pursuit of sustainable growth and impactful development.

Olatunji Hakeem Olanrewaju is a strategic entrepreneur, supply chain leader, communications professional, and humanitarian advocate with over 20 years of experience across telecommunications, logistics, public health, hospitality, business development, and humanitarian response.

He is the Co-Founder and Director of Supply Chain at Maubbys Salad Restaurant, Abuja, with extensive experience in supply chain management, business growth, operations, distribution, and strategic partnerships. He previously led logistics and distribution planning for public health organizations, including the nationwide movement of medical supplies and equipment, and held senior business development and telecommunications distribution roles.

Olatunji also brings substantial humanitarian and advocacy experience. As Program Coordinator with Adopt-A-Camp, he supported humanitarian interventions for internally displaced persons in Northeast Nigeria, while as a Strategic Team Member and once a Strategic Communications Team anchor of the BringBackOurGirls Movement, he led communications, media engagement, public awareness, and stakeholder relations in advocacy for the Chibok schoolgirls.

He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, an HND in Mass Communication, and is a Certified International Trade Logistics Specialist. His expertise spans governance, supply chain and logistics, strategic communications, humanitarian response, advocacy, business development, operations, partnership building, and team leadership.
