Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and proactive Digital Media & Marketing Officer to join our communications team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling through digital platforms, possess strong content creation and editing skills, and be comfortable working behind the camera and on the web.
This role will focus on enhancing CEDE’s digital visibility through social media, web content, photography, videography, and multimedia storytelling. The candidate will also be responsible for managing and updating the organization’s website.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Storytelling1. Capture high-quality photos and videos of CEDE’s activities, fieldwork, and events.
2. Edit multimedia content using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, etc.) to produce compelling stories and visuals.
3. Produce engaging digital content (short videos, reels, infographics, web banners, etc.) for various platforms.
Digital & Social Media Management:
* Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and visibility.* Manage and grow CEDE’s presence across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube).
* Monitor digital trends, track analytics, and refine strategies based on performance.
Website Management:
* Maintain and regularly update CEDE’s website with fresh content, blogs, project highlights, and media.* Ensure a user-friendly and visually appealing web presence.
* Coordinate with web developers or designers as needed for technical updates.
Campaign & Event Support:
* Support digital marketing campaigns for key initiatives and events.* Document and promote CEDE events through real-time coverage and post-event recaps.
* Ensure brand consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications
Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, Multimedia Production, or a related field.
Experience:
* At least 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, content creation, or media production.* Previous experience in an NGO or development setting is an advantage.
Skills & Tools:
* Proficiency in social media management tools and content scheduling platforms.* Strong photography and videography skills (including camera handling and editing).
* Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects).
* Familiarity with website CMS (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
* Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking skills.

Position Overview: We are seeking a Program/Project Manager to lead and manage our humanitarian projects, integrating digital tools to enhance impact. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, particularly in the NGO sector and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management: Design, implement, and oversee humanitarian projects, integrating digital solutions.
Coordination: Manage teams, resources, and timelines to ensure project success.
Monitoring & Evaluation: Develop frameworks to assess and report on project outcomes using digital tools.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with donors, government bodies, and communities.
Capacity Building: Train staff and communities on digital tools and innovation.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure project compliance with laws and donor requirements, and provide regular reports.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, IT, International Development, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience: At least 5 years in project management, with 2 years in digital transformation initiatives.
Skills: Proficiency in project management software, data analysis, and digital tools.
Communication: Strong written and verbal skills.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and manage resources effectively.
